At NextBrand, we know choosing a domain name is an important step for your business or project. Our process is trusted and friendly, and issues are rare. Please review the policy below.
Buyer Protection Guarantee
Buyer Protection Guarantee: receive the domain or 100% money back.
All payments and domain transfers are processed by an industry-standard, trusted third-party provider. Examples include Escrow.com, GoDaddy, Namecheap, and Dynadot. In eligible transactions, the provider offers buyer protection that includes a 100% refund if the domain is not delivered, subject to that provider’s terms, conditions, and verification. In our experience, delivery is smooth in nearly all cases, and buyers are fully covered unless there is abuse or fraud by the buyer.
1. Digital Product Nature
NextBrand offers digital products in the form of brandable domain names. Unlike physical goods, digital products are not returnable or exchangeable once purchased.
2. Our Role as a Discovery and Referral Platform
NextBrand helps you discover the right domain and then facilitates your purchase by redirecting you to an industry-standard, trusted third-party provider for payment, transfer, and registration. The funds and the purchase agreement are with the third party, not with NextBrand.
3. Your Control Before Any Payment
You review and agree to the selected industry-standard, trusted third-party provider and its terms before any transaction begins. No funds move until you consent. This keeps you in control and ensures a clear, secure, and friendly process.
4. Payments and Transfers via Third Parties

You complete payment and the domain transfer through the approved third-party provider.

Because funds do not flow through NextBrand, any refunds, chargebacks, or reversals are handled by that provider under its policies.

Delivery generally means the domain is successfully transferred or pushed into your registrar account, as defined by the provider.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

NextBrand does not process returns, exchanges, or refunds directly for domain purchases.

If a domain is not delivered, your remedy is through the third party’s buyer protection for your transaction, where applicable.

Any refund is issued by the third party to your original payment method, subject to its terms and processing timelines.
6. How to Request Buyer Protection Help
If you believe the domain has not been delivered within the timeframe set by the third party:

Contact the third party’s support team and follow its dispute or claim process.

Provide requested details, such as your order, payment confirmation, and transfer correspondence.

Notify NextBrand at Hello@NextBrand.com so we can assist with context or listing details, although we cannot authorize or issue refunds.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to your domain purchase, transfer, or refund should be directed to the third-party provider that processed your transaction. Their decision process and terms apply.
8. Important Limitations

Buyer protection is administered by the third party, not by NextBrand, and applies only as and where that provider’s terms allow.

Coverage may not apply in cases such as buyer inaction or noncompliance with registrar requirements, abuse or fraud by the buyer, or transactions completed outside the third party’s protected flow.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Changes to This Policy
NextBrand may modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website.
